RSS Feed on Google, Yahoo
One nice thing about publishing a blog is that every piece of content posted is very easily exported into other formats through RSS (aka Really Simple Syndication).
Just this past week I’ve added a "Syndication" panel to the sidebar so that those of you using My Yahoo, My MSN, your own personal Google homepage or any of the other popular services in the image to the left can add GoCulver.com Blog Updates to the list of feeds you’re receiving.
For example, a quick click on the "my yahoo" button, a few clicks more and the latest 6 Blog updates will forever show up just beneath the other news feeds you’re receiving (on my personal Yahoo page I see GoCulver.com updates just below my ESPN.com news….everyone has priorities right?).
I’m also working on a way to mix forum posts into the news feed so that those would register in there as well. We’ll see how that goes….
Finally I think I’ve just stumbled upon an incredible collection of camp photo’s…almost 600 of them actually. One project for this week is to secure access to them…wish me luck!
