Driving Directions to Culver

From the NORTH/SOUTH BEND, IN (see it on Google Maps):

  1. Take US-31 South for about 27.5 miles until it intersects with IN-10. You should see a sign for Culver Academies by the right-side of the road and there will be a filling station and McDonalds on the near left corner.
  2. Turn right onto IN-10 and follow it for 8.6 miles as it winds its way through the countryside. When you cross the train tracks you are about halfway between campus and route 31.
  3. The Academy can be easily spotted from the road when you reach it. See Parking Directions for further info.

From Chicago O’Hare International Airport, IL (see it on GoogleMaps):

  1. Take I-190 E for 2 miles to I-90 East.
  2. Stay on I-90 E for 59 miles. switch over to IN-49 towards Chesterton/Valparaiso at exit 31.
  3. Turn right onto US-49 S and take it towards Valparaiso for 9 miles and then take the exit ramp for US-30 E toward Plymouth.
  4. You will spend 22 miles travelling east on US-30 until it intersects with US-35 S.
  5. Bear right on US-35 and follow it for 6.5 miles. It’s name will change to S. Heaton Street and you will continue for 0.7 miles before turning left onto E. Culver Road.
  6. Follow East Culver Road for 11 miles.
  7. Turn right onto IN-17 and drive for another 4.3 miles before intersecting with North Academy Road.
  8. Turn left onto North Academy Road and follow it directly to the academy. See Parking Directions for further info.
